A charming Silver Jubilee commemorative penknife, produced in 1977 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.


The knife features a cream ivorine-style handle printed with a crown and the royal cipher “E II R” beneath the inscription “Silver Jubilee.” The piece retains its original suspension loop, allowing it to be carried on a keyring or watch chain as originally intended.


Such commemorative knives were widely produced during the nationwide Jubilee celebrations and remain appealing pieces of late 20th-century British royal memorabilia.


Condition; Good vintage condition. The handle shows some age-related wear and fading to the printed decoration. Blade displays light surface wear and patina consistent with age and use. Mechanism operates as expected and the suspension loop remains intact.
