A 19th century Victorian ebonised nursing chair with cream and gold striped upholstery. The chair features an ebonized frame with intricate incised foliate or line decoration. It stands on turned and fluted front legs which terminate in the original brass and porcelain casters. The frame dates from the Victorian period, likely circa 1870 to 1880.

I’m good original condition with age related wear to extremities and markings to the upholstery but otherwise in solid, sturdy condition.
