This larger-than-standard example (approx. 1.5” diameter) has been thoughtfully converted in period into a wearable statement piece, featuring beautifully executed polychrome enamel with heraldic motifs and crowned shields. The bold cobalt blue border bearing the Jubilee inscription frames the design superbly, giving the piece real presence when worn.

To the reverse, a traditional C-clasp pin fitting has been neatly applied, consistent with late 19th to early 20th century jewellery adaptations. These folk art conversions were popular at the time, transforming commemorative coinage into personal keepsakes.

Condition; Very good antique condition overall. The enamel remains vibrant and well preserved with only light, age-related wear. The pin and clasp are secure and fully functional. As expected, there is evidence of historic conversion to the reverse, entirely in keeping with its age.
