A set of four exquisite 1920’s milliners hat stands, made by the renowned period shop fitters, Harris & Sheldon Ltd of Birmingham, England.
Each stand made to last a lifetime, these beautifully patinated stands are made of copper, including solid bases. Each hand turned wooden top complete with brass collar fitments.
These telescopic stands are height adjustable to suit the users needs, of note, three of the retaining screws that would lock in the adjusted sizes are missing, (suitable period replacements are easily sought)
This set of four is made up of two pairs, one large pair and one small pair, each are true pairs. These have undergone minimal restoration by ourselves, beyond a deep clean to the copper stands and a clean and reseal to the wooden tops.
